異象與使命 Vision and mission

         基督教角聲佈道團於1982年11月在紐約成立，致力於「牧養圈外的羊」，「在社區中建立明顯清晰的基督徒見證」，「聯合教會達成使命」去達成領人歸主目標。目前「角聲」事工分佈全球多個大城市。「角聲宣教士學院」是「基督教角聲佈道團」轄下的訓練宣教人才事工。在經過三十七年城市關懷佈道實踐後，同工們深覺應為更長遠的事工作出努力，去訓練可以拿起鐮刀，收割莊稼的全職宣教士，將所托付於我們的任務繼續下去。

       「角聲宣教士學院」所指的宣教士，與一般宣教士略有不同，那是指「城市關懷佈道宣教士」。換言之，是訓練專門在「城市」作宣教的人。目標方面，可用五個手指來表達：

The “HUMI” missionaries are slightly different from the general definition of missionaries. In real essence, they should be called, “Urban Caring Missionaries.” In other words, HUMI prime mission is to train those who specialize in carrying out “Urban” missions. ​​

The “Herald Urban Mission Institute (HUMI)” is a ministry for training missionaries under the auspices of the “Chinese Christian Herald Crusades”. After thirty-seven years of urban caring missionary work, CCHC Leadership strongly feel that we should strive to train full-time missionaries who can pick up scythes to harvest crops, and continue the unfinished tasks entrusted to us by God.

謝謝您們願意參加《最後衝刺》，為「角聲宣教士學院」大樓的興建籌款。為幫助您知道如何達成任務，我特別為您預備以下的行動手冊，希望您參考並應用：

（一）行動步驟•逐一說明

1. 請您參閱附件一，這是我的專訪，您可以從中知道興建「宣教士學院」的意義。
2. 您也可以瀏覽「宣教士學院」的網頁，了解更詳盡的資料：humi.cchc.org
3. 請列出您要傳送《最後衝刺》資料的名單，並在您為自己禱告的同時，也為他們禱告，求主自己感動人心，作出甘心樂意的奉獻。
4. 把我們傳給您的30秒簡短影片，傳給您認識的人，影片會幫助他們作出回應。
5. 在傳送短片的同時，最好加上幾句話，熱情地邀請他們參與，並把您的代號告訴他們。說明如果他們願意，可以在奉獻支票的註明(Memo 或 For)上，寫您的名字或代號；或在網上奉獻的聯絡人一欄，寫上您的名字或代號，讓您可以跟進，並寄奉收據。（是否填寫是按奉獻者的意願，但多數人是會填的，讓您知道他／她已作出回應。奉獻方法在給他們的資料上已列明。
6. 提醒他們在 7/11 （國語）晚上七時，或 7/18 （粵語）晚上八時，參加網上直播籌款節目。他們可以在會前奉獻回應，或在當晚聚會中作出回應。當您這樣做的時候，您就已經完成了第一步的責任了。

（二）免息貸款•一舉兩得

如果您願意，可以鼓勵有經濟能力的基督徒或教會，參加特別支持宣教士的免息貸款項目：

由於學院要求就讀學生，必須辭去工作，專心學習。故「角聲」希望為他們尋找支持者，幫助他們在免學費及住宿費的情形下，專心完成學業。有心人可用「免息貸款」的方式，支持建設「角聲宣教士學院」大樓；「角聲」會以貸款的利息，幫助學生完成學業。一舉兩得，何樂不為？辦法是：

• 願意者請為「角聲」提供兩年免息貸款，幫助學生完成兩年學業。兩年後「角聲」原款奉還；但也可以再繼續貸款，幫助其他學生完成學業。貸款數目：

A. 若願意免息貸款24萬美元，就可以支持四位宣教士學生完成學業。

B. 若願意免息貸款18萬美元，就可以支持三位宣教士學生完成學業。

C. 若願意免息貸款12萬美元，就可以支持兩位宣教士學生完成學業。

D. 若願意免息貸款6萬美元，就可以支持一位宣教士學生完成學業。

以上計劃，可以幫助「角聲宣教士學院」在不必向銀行貸款的情況下，完成建築工程。所有免息貸款，皆正式簽定合約。由於籌款計劃中，已包括兩年後還款的儲備金，另在必要時，在樓宇建成後，也可以用新建大樓向銀行貸款。因此，還款有確實的保證。有心貸款者，請與勞伯祥牧師聯絡。電話：+1-917-554-8819；電郵:revlo@cchc.org.

Interest-free loans

You can encourage financially capable Christians or churches to participate in interest-free loan programs that specifically support missionaries:
As HUMI requires students to dedicate in pursue academic excellence, they must quit their jobs and concentrate on studying. Therefore, CCHC hopes to find supporters to help them concentrate on their studies without concerning about paying tuition and room/board. Interested persons can use the “interest-free loan” method to support the construction of the “Herald Urban Mission Institute” (HUMI) Building; CCHC then will use the loan to provide students with all their needs during their studies.

• If you are willing, please provide CCHC with a two-year interest-free loan to help students complete their two-year studies. Two years later, CCHC will follow repay your loan; but you can continue to loan to help other students complete their studies. How your loan is fully utilized can be analyzed as follows:

A. If you are willing to provide an interest-free loan of US$240,000, you can support four missionary students to complete their studies.

B. If you are willing to make an interest-free loan of US$180,000, you can support three missionary students to complete their studies.

C. If you are willing to make an interest-free loan of $120,000, you can support two missionary students to complete their studies.

D. If you are willing to make an interest-free loan of US$60,000, you can support one missionary student to complete her studies.

The above plan can help the “HUMI” to complete construction works without having to borrow from a bank. All interest-free loans are formally signed contracts. Since the fund-raising plan already includes a reserve fund that will be repaid after two years, and when necessary, after the building is completed, the new building can also be used to borrow money from the bank in the form of “Equity”. The total cost of building the “HUMI” building is 7.8 million US dollars, and 6 million US dollars have been raised; it is still necessary to raise 1.8 million US dollars, that’s why we have this “Last Dash!”
